1. Preparation

• Brush or rinse off any loose dust and surface dirt.
• Work on a dry, cool surface out of direct, strong sun where possible.
• Protect nearby glass, plants, painted finishes or metals that should not be treated.

2. Application

• Apply Twinsgraff directly to the untreated surface, covering the affected area fully.
• For vertical or heavily textured surfaces, spread in an even layer so the product can maintain contact with the paint or ink.

3. Dwell time

• Allow the product to act for the time indicated on the label (usually several minutes, longer for thick or older graffiti).
• Do not let the product dry completely; re-wet lightly if needed during the dwell period.

4. Graffiti Removal - Agitation & removal

• Rinse thoroughly with clean water—often under medium to high pressure.
• For difficult or multi-layer tags, repeat the application until the desired result is reached.

5. Aftercare

• Once the surface is clean and dry, consider applying a second coat of twinsgraff if graffiti removal has occured more than twice.
• Proper aftercare will make your maintenance for future cleaning easier, cost effective & longer lasting.
